Julia and Rudi are internationally acclaimed choreographers who have guided people all over the world back into their bodies. This certification is the first time the Sync Method has been taught as a teachable framework.

Questions
Do I need to be a dancer or a movement professional already?
Absolutely not! This is open to people of all levels, ages, shapes, and sizes. We are going to work gradually through the curriculum, and you will always be working within the range of motion of YOUR body. This is the important thing to know about SYNC: it is not about being able to do crazy moves or "attain" certain shapes, it is about teaching people how to find the form that is right for their bodies.
How long does the certification take?
It will last 5 weekends, from the weekend of 12th September to the weekend of 10th October. We will be meeting both Saturday AND Sunday each weekend for around 3 to 4 hours per day. This is an intensive program, which we normally run over 11 intensive days in person, so we are replicating that format here in a way that makes it accessible to as many people as possible.
When will the calls be?
The calls will run in the afternoon Europe time and will last 3 to 4 hours. They will be at the same time each day. We have not decided the exact start time yet, so for now just plan for it to be afternoon time in Europe. We are doing everything we can to make the time feasible for as many different time zones as possible!
Will the calls be recorded?
Yes, the calls will be recorded and you can go through them again in your own time during the week.
What if I cannot make it to one of the calls?
We know that life happens! So of course, if something comes up and you cannot make it to one or two of the calls, then that is fine. We do however ask you to do your best to attend the calls live. This is a live training, and we need you there on camera to be able to monitor you and give you feedback.
What is the investment?
The pay in full option is £3,000 (about $4,000) and we have a payment plan that works out to £3,450 (about $4,600). You can check on Google what that comes to in your local currency. Your bank handles the conversion automatically.
When am I charged on the payment plan?
The first payment comes out immediately, and then there are two more payments spaced 30 days apart.
When is the deadline to join?
The deadline to sign up for the training is midnight CET on Sunday 23rd August.
Are there any bonuses?
Yes, the first 10 people to join are going to get access to a private session with Rudi and Julia at the end of the training, where we will go deeper into your favourite aspects of the training. We will also offer you a free gift when you sign up, so that you have something to do between now and the training starting in September :)
